An exciting new chapter for our insurance brokerage
In 2024, we’re changing our name to Defensive Insurance Services.
We’ve refreshed our brand image to reflect the new chapter in our commitment to providing our clients with well-qualified independent insurance expertise. Our logo and colors may have changed, but our dedication to earning clients’ trust, educating them to make informed decisions, and defending their future remains steadfast.
What’s changed?
Last year, my son Damon joined our agency to carry on into the third generation as producer and COO. A few things we’ve been working on since he came on board:
- We formed a corporation under the name Defensive Insurance Services Inc.
- We revamped our website to provide our customers with more resources and accessibility.
- We updated our email inboxes to reflect our new domain: brent@defensiveinsuranceservices.com sharon@defensiveinsuranceservices.com bev@defensiveinsuranceservices.com damon@defensiveinsuranceservices.com
- We added new dedicated inboxes to improve accuracy and response times: billing@defensiveinsuranceservices.com certs@defensiveinsuranceservices.com
What you can expect
Defensive Insurance Services will be the named agency on most existing and new policies.
That’s the major change in 2024, but others to make note of:
- Brent Moore will continue to run the agency as Principal Agent & CEO.
- Our customer service staff will remain the same, continuing to provide personalized 1-to-1 support and service.
- We will still receive emails sent to our old domain’s email inboxes (@clmoore.com), but we encourage you to use our new domain’s email inboxes as all responses will come from (@defensiveinsuranceservices.com).
- All of our communication regarding billing or certificates of insurance will be sent through the dedicated inbox and monitored by our team. Please send all billing related emails to billing@defensiveinsuranceservices.com and certificate related emails to certs@defensiveinsuranceservices.com, and our team will get back to you ASAP.
These are exciting times for Defensive Insurance Services, and we’re looking forward to continuing to provide expert insurance advice for clients in the Bay Area and across the country.
